Rishabh started his career as a Salesforce Technical Analyst at TCS in 2016 — writing code, managing incidents, and figuring out how Salesforce actually works under the hood. As he progressed through delivery and client engagements, he found himself drawn more to the conversations happening upstream — shaping solutions, translating business problems into technology answers, and helping clients see what was possible.
That natural progression took him into Presales, where he found his stride. Over the next several years, he worked across TCS, Brillio, and LTIMindtree, shaping Salesforce solutions for clients across Finance, Automobile, Realty, Hospitality, and Retail sectors, spanning EMEA, APAC, and the US.
Today, Rishabh works at Salesforce Professional Services as an Engagement Manager, helping grow the Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and RCG Cloud — along with Salesforce core — implementation business across India — collaborating with C-suite stakeholders, building winning proposals, and connecting the right solutions to the right problems.
He also holds an MBA in Marketing, AI & Machine Learning from Great Lakes Institute of Management — bringing both technical grounding and a sharp commercial lens to every Salesforce conversation.
During his time at TCS, Rishabh played a key role in helping the Salesforce practice acquire its first logo in the Middle East — a significant milestone that established TCS's Salesforce footprint in the region.
At Salesforce Professional Services, Rishabh managed Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, RCG Cloud, and Salesforce core deals end-to-end — and helped acquire three new logos for PS India from discovery to commercial close.
His MBA thesis explored the effect of nostalgia on consumer buying behaviour — an early signal of his fascination with what actually drives decisions. That thinking continues to shape how he approaches client conversations.
Part of the Salesforce India PS GTM team. Managing pre-sales activities end-to-end — from running customer discovery sessions and building proposals, to SOW writing, staffing plans, and commercial structuring. Solely owned PS India's Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and RCG Cloud deal pipeline, collaborated with License and Implementation teams, and helped acquire three new logos for the business. Also served as Adhoc Project Manager for a Financial Services Service Cloud implementation.

Collaborated with Salesforce AEs, global sales leaders, and delivery partners to tailor RFP responses and support oral defenses. Built a reusable content repository that scaled presales efficiency across the team.
Part of Brillio's Customer Experience Platform Practice, demonstrating CX solutions across Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, and SAP Hybris for clients across APAC and the US.
Joined TCS as an Assistant Software Engineer in 2016, working as a Salesforce Developer — reducing daily incident volume from 100+ to under 30 through root cause analysis, and handling end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud development.
Stepped away from TCS for higher studies — completed a one-year MBA in Marketing, AI & Machine Learning from Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai. Thesis on the effect of nostalgia on consumer buying behaviour across industries.
Returned to TCS post-MBA as a Salesforce Presales Consultant — responding to RFIs/RFPs, crafting solutions, building staffing estimates, and driving expansion of TCS's Salesforce business in the EMEA region across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CMS, and Experience Cloud.

In between, he has continuously marshalled National Racing Championships by MRF and JK Tyre.
